About the Role Gridware is looking to hire a Senior Hardware Reliability Engineer to oversee reliability testing, analysis and lifetime modeling of multiple outdoor electronic assemblies. This role will focus on the electronic components of the products and will work closely with our mechanical-focused Reliability Engineer, as well as the broader hardware team and crossfunctional teams.
