Strategy and Operations Lead

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Remora is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead to help build and scale our go-to-market motion across both our carbon capture systems and the CO₂ we sell. Partnering closely with the CEO, this role sits at the center of our commercial function, driving strategy, operational rigor, and day-to-day execution across deal support, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing. You will help design and implement the processes, tools, and operating rhythms that enable durable revenue growth while coordinating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and legal to ensure deal readiness.
