Senior Field Analyst

Customer at TRACTIAN The Customer team is the main driver of long-term value, retention, and expansion at Tractian. Our focus is on growing within our existing customer base, cross-selling different products, and strengthening relationships with current accounts. Our Enterprise customers include Fortune 500 companies such as Hyundai, Bosch, Unilever, Suzano, and PepsiCo, among others. Each member of our team has a direct impact on our customers’ results. As part of this team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help create solutions that improve their maintenance processes. What you'll do As a Field Analyst, you will be the company’s representative at customer sites, responsible for installing our products and providing on-site support. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure successful installations, ongoing maintenance, and effective troubleshooting of our solutions, while building positive customer relationships and ensuring technical reliability.
