The Campus Programs team is the strategic front that ensures the brightest students from Brazil's best universities get to know our culture and want to build the future of the industry with us. Our area is responsible for creating solid bridges between the best universities in the country and Tractian. What you'll do As a Talent Engagement Analyst, you will play a key role in scaling our employer brand through flawless execution. Your main goal will be to translate our culture into deep and memorable experiences. You will act as a Project Manager focused on talent attraction, event logistics, and brand experience. You will have the mission of consolidating Tractian's presence in universities and technology communities, leading the execution of career fairs and meetups. Your responsibility will be to transform our physical presence into a continuous engine for attracting highly qualified talent.
