Job Description
As our Social Media & Community Specialist, you’ll be the voice of DolarApp across all major social and community channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate, engage, and grow our presence across LatAm - building meaningful conversations with users, prospects, and brand fans alike.What you'll be doingCommunity Engagement: Manage and grow our online communities, especially across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina – moderating conversations, responding to users, and reinforcing our voice and valuesCustomer Care Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the community and our Customer Support team. Flag issues, escalate complex cases, and help ensure that concerns raised on social channels are resolved quickly and accuratelyFraud Monitoring: Be vigilant about detecting and reporting suspicious or fraudulent activity on social media.
