Every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Growth Associate to help scale the operational backbone of Avoca’s growth engine, with a primary focus on partnerships. This role is responsible for owning and improving the processes that keep partner programs running smoothly — from onboarding and enablement to system accuracy and cross-team coordination.You will work closely with Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure programs operate with clarity, structure, and reliability. As you build mastery over the operational foundation, you will stretch upward into campaign execution and partner activation initiatives.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, naturally identifies ways to streamline processes, and wants meaningful ownership in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.What You’ll DoOwn the operational backbone of partner programs, including onboarding workflows, approvals, and ongoing coordinationMaintain accurate internal systems of record for partners, campaigns, and lifecycle stagesBuild and continuously improve repeatable processes that increase efficiency and reduce manual workSupport partner enablement by preparing materials, documentation, and internal resourcesCoordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics across internal teams and external partnersAssist with referral tracking, attribution accuracy, and CRM data hygiene in collaboration with RevOpsStretch into campaign execution and activation initiatives such as webinars, newsletters, and partner programs as capacity growsWhat You’ll Bring1–4 years of experience in operations, growth, program coordination, marketing operations, or similar roles in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailComfort working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), spreadsheets, and documentation toolsA natural inclination toward process improvement and systems thinkingClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing accuracyComfort operating in evolving, high-ownership environmentsWho You AreHighly organized and naturally structured in how you approach workProactive in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvementsReliable, consistent, and detail-drivenCollaborative and communicative across teamsEnergized by ownership and visible impactExcited to work in person full-time from our NYC office (non-negotiable)Why AvocaAt Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity.
