The Role:Latent Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founders and Executive Leadership. This is a dedicated EA role with full ownership of complex calendaring, travel coordination, executive communications, and creating daily operational leverage that increases leadership focus and effectiveness.Success in this role requires urgency, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment. You won’t just execute tasks - you will actively increase executive capacity and keep priorities moving forward.This is not a traditional 9 to 5 position. Our leadership team works across time zones and travels frequently, so you must be comfortable responding early mornings or evenings when priorities shift. While the role offers flexibility in location, it requires consistent reliability and responsiveness.You will regularly make decisions with incomplete information and are expected to ensure nothing important falls through the cracks. If you enjoy solving logistical challenges, staying calm under pressure, and moving quickly without sacrificing detail, you’ll thrive here.What You’ll Do:Executive SupportManage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple executives and time zonesPrioritize requests and protect focus time while balancing business needsCoordinate internal, external, and customer meetingsHandle urgent changes and reschedules quickly and accuratelyDraft professional communications on behalf of leadershipPrepare agendas, notes, and follow-upsTravel CoordinationBook domestic flights, hotels, and transportationOptimize travel for efficiency and executive preferencesMonitor trips and proactively adjust during delays or cancellationsCreate clear itineraries and briefing materialsTrack expenses and receiptsAdministrative & Operational SupportMaintain organized documentation and shared resourcesSupport offsites, customer visits, and company eventsTrack action items across leadership meetingsBuild and maintain lightweight processes and templatesWhat We’re Looking For:3–6+ years supporting executives or senior leadershipExtensive experience with complex calendaring and travel bookingExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyComfort working in a fast-paced startup environmentHigh discretion handling confidential informationProactive problem-solver who anticipates needs earlyWhat Makes You Successful:Priorities stay clear and organizedScheduling friction is minimizedTravel runs smoothly without interventionLeadership communication is timely and accurateImportant details are consistently captured and executedYou naturally make others more effectiveTools & Skills:Google Workspace, Superhuman, Slack, NotionTravel booking platforms (Navan, Concur, airline portals)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary + equityHealth, dental, and vision benefitsFlexible PTOWhy This Role Matters:You will quickly become a trusted partner to leadership and a key operational multiplier across the company - enabling executives to focus on building and scaling the business while you keep everything running smoothly.
