The Role:Latent Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founders and Executive Leadership. This is a dedicated EA role with full ownership of complex calendaring, travel coordination, executive communications, and creating daily operational leverage that increases leadership focus and effectiveness.Success in this role requires urgency, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment. You won’t just execute tasks - you will actively increase executive capacity and keep priorities moving forward.This is not a traditional 9 to 5 position. Our leadership team works across time zones and travels frequently, so you must be comfortable responding early mornings or evenings when priorities shift. While the role offers flexibility in location, it requires consistent reliability and responsiveness.You will regularly make decisions with incomplete information and are expected to ensure nothing important falls through the cracks.
