Job Description

We're looking for a Chief of Staff who is highly driven, organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to join us in-person in San Francisco to help build and scale the company.You'll work directly with the CEO and set the cadence for how the company operates. You'll own end-to-end execution on whatever needs to happen, from hiring to new initiatives, finance, hiring and day-to-day operations. We're a lean team, which means you'll make the call on what happens and how it gets done.What you’ll doOwn internal operations for finances, HR and moreRun operations and handle admin work (payroll, expenses, vendor management, all the stuff that needs to get done)Hiring/sourcing candidates, running interviews, closing offers, onboarding new hiresExecute new initiatives and special projects for growth, sales, marketing, and partnershipsSupport the enterprise GTM motionBuild and automate processes and systems as we scaleThis is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to be a world-class operator. You'll get your reps executing across recruiting, marketing, operations, customer development, and more.
