🏥 What We DoAt Vitalize, we are building the OS for hospital operations, starting with staffing & scheduling optimization.Labor is 60% of the P&L of American healthcare. However, hospital’s core processes to manage and optimize labor live on paper, spreadsheets, or through departments of 20+ FTEs. Vitalizes transforms these processes from painstakingly tedious to autonomous, freeing up thousands of hours and reducing labor costs by 8-figures.🪓 About the roleWe're approaching near 8-figures in ARR and are on track to be the fastest growing company in enterprise healthcare. We’re hiring for a Founding AE to help us build the best enterprise GTM motion in healthcare and scale Vitalize take us from $10M to $100M in ARR.
