<p><strong>ABOUT STRONG </strong></p> <p>We are STRONG – A Pilates-inspired, cardio-infused, and designed for a full-body workout that is low-impact and high-intensity. Our diverse classes, including <strong>ROW</strong>, <strong>RIDE</strong>, and <strong>REFORM</strong>, are designed to help clients maximize their performance and achieve their fitness goals.</p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p><strong>STRONG CLASSES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on set schedule</li> <li>Give clients personal attention during class, ensure that your cueing is clear, precise and easy to follow, and ensure clients are using correct form at all times</li> <li>Know client’s injuries before class so that you can modify where need be</li> <li>Inspire and promote an energetic environment</li> <li>Balance teaching, changing lights and music during class all while staying on top of your timing and programming for the day</li> <li>Ensure each client is introduced to the Rowformer and Bikeformer prior to class</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMMUNITY:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proudly represent your STRONG studio at all times</li> <li>Welcome clients by name</li> <li>Always know when it’s a client’s first class and celebrate milestones</li> <li>Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients</li> <li>Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients</li> <li>Continue to build the community culture of STRONG</li> <li>Assist in the sale of memberships, merchandise and other offerings</li> </ul> <p><strong>STUDIO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain upkeep of the studio in-between classes including cleaning equipment, reformer maintenance, and restrooms</li> <li>Assist with washing/soaking/rolling of eucalyptus towels when requested</li> <li>Take pride in the studio like it is your own</li> </ul> <p><strong>ADMIN:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Handle client interactions from walk ins, phone and email where needed</li> <li> Assist in generating and converting membership sales</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to multitask</li> <li>Excellent presentation and verbal skills</li> <li>Willingness to work flexible hours</li> <li>Ability to motivate clients</li> <li>Customer service oriented</li> <li>Self-motivated</li> <li>Passion, enthusiasm, and genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail</li> <li>Knowledgeable with anatomy and physiology of the body, standard movement patterns</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ months of group fitness teaching experience</li> <li>Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location</li> <li>STRONG Academy certification (Provided by STRONG) </li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certified Personal Trainer or Pilates certification from a recognized organization </li> <li>CPR and AED certification obtained through in-person training is required </li> </ul> <p><strong>CULTURE BENEFITS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Compensation and Commission Eligibility </li> <li>Flexible Work Schedule</li> <li>Free Drop-In Sessions </li> <li>Career Growth Opportunities Within The STRONG Team. </li> <li>Comprehensive Benefits Plan (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc.)</li> <li>Supportive Leadership Team </li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Frequent physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.</li> <li>Repetitive movements and moderate noise exposure.</li> <li>Frequent standing and walking on hard surfaces.</li> <li>Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.</li> <li>Possible exposure to dust, chemicals, and cleaning solutions </li> </ul> <p>Pay transparency: classes starting at $30-$100 per class, with commission eligibility </p> <p><strong>Momentic Studios Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis o ...
