Alex helps recruiters with their busy work so they can focus on higher leverage tasks and building relationships with promising candidates.About the RoleWe’re making our first Business Operations hire to help Alex run like a machine as we scale. We’re looking for a cracked generalist who’s hungry enough to do everything and humble enough to do anything.This is a high-agency, high-context role at the center of the company. You’ll identify problems, ruthlessly prioritize, and make decisions that directly impact the business. Your job is simple in theory and challenging in practice: Remove friction, increase leverage, and make things happen.This role is based in person in San Francisco and reports to our Ops Lead.What we’re looking for1-3+ years of experience, ideally in B2B SaaS in operations, biz ops, or GTMStartup and founder mindset - high ownership with little directionExperience building processes from scratch using best practices from other companiesOpen and direct communication styleRelentless ability to prioritize, execute, and stay focused in a chaotic environmentSomeone who believes that AI will fundamentally change how companies hire (and wants to lead in that change)Someone who is energized to work alongside our ambitious team in SFIf this resonates with you, we want you to apply.
