Embedding yourself with their teams to understand workflows, automate them, and deploy production-grade AI systems. Think Palantir-style engineering, but for healthcare automation.This roles requires a special flavor of engineers: those that are technical enough, yet also excited to own customer relationships. You will present to board rooms, CEOs, and VPs at some of the largest healthcare enterprises.What you’ll doLead discovery with operations and revenue cycle teams to deeply understand problems.Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows directly with customers.Write production code to integrate into enterprise systems.Own outcomes: you ship automation that saves millions in cost and/or hours.Preferred QualificationsA systems thinker with strong communication and empathy for operators.Comfortable writing code, analyzing data, and owning enterprise outcomes.Excited by fast iteration, ambiguity, and delivering visible business impact.Willing to travel for on-site deployments (1–2 weeks every month).BenefitsCompetitive salary with meaningful equityTravel/lodging is 100% coveredFree health, dental, and vision insuranceFree in-office lunch and dinnersUnlimited PTO
