Research & Prospecting Analyst Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm EST About the Role: We seek a detail-oriented, analytical, and resourceful professional to join our team as a Research & Prospecting Analyst. This role focuses on strategic research, lead generation, market segmentation, and prospect qualification within the investment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and qualify high-value prospects across Wealth Management Firms, Family Offices, Private Banks, Pension Funds, Endowments, Insurance Companies, Health Systems, and Consulting Firms. • Target accurate decision-making titles such as Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager, CIO, Managing Director, etc. • Disqualify non-decision-making roles to ensure precision. • Prospect Asset Managers across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Crypto, Commodities, and Venture Capital. • Conduct advanced research using LinkedIn, prospecting tools, and Boolean search. • Segment prospects by Private Wealth vs. Institutional categories. • Maintain clean, structured databases with accurate hierarchies and leadership roles. Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience in research, prospecting, sales operations, or lead generation (2–3 years preferred). • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus). • Experience with prospecting tools such as Hunter.io, RocketReach, ContactOut, Apollo. • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capability. • Ability to differentiate between LPs (Allocators) and GPs (General Partners). • Curiosity, persistence, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. #Solvo #LI-Promoted
