Senior Media Manager The Senior Media Manager plays a critical role in Dell’s regional Digital Demand Generation initiatives, bridging strategic direction with on-the-ground campaign execution to drive tangible, measurable results. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Media Manager on our Field Marketing Team in Bangalore, India What you’ll achieve Acting as the executional lead across digital demand generation, this role takes full ownership of planning, launching, optimizing, and interpreting the results driven by publisher partners in their region. The Senior Media Manager also owns publisher relationships and performance, and ensures regional plans ladder up to global frameworks. This role mentors junior staff, contributes to vendor funding partner governance, and helps drive ROI from media investment. Collaborate with the Regional Lead to translate Dell's digital demand generation goals into executable media plans by compiling the response to brief. Drive cost-effective demand signal generation via publisher selection, pacing, and optimization. Present media plans and performance results to VF partners and internal stakeholders. Ensure high performance against key KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and SRL/SRL-BANT delivery. Oversee campaign forecasting, pacing, and performance to meet business, media and ROI goals. Manage relationships with key publishers, vendors, and media platforms to ensure optimal performance and value. Collaborate with field, analytics, and creative teams to execute cohesive, data-driven campaigns. You will: Strategic Planning & Alignment Partner with the Regional DDG Lead to develop regional media activation plans aligned with global strategy and business goals. Translate strategic frameworks into actionable media plans and campaign briefs for execution teams. Identify opportunities to improve media mix, targeting, and publisher relationships. Campaign Management & Optimization Oversee campaign planning, buying, and performance management across paid digital and partner channels. Guide Media Managers on best practices for campaign setup, pacing, and optimization. Analyze performance data to identify insights and recommend optimization strategies to improve signal quality and efficiency. Partnerships & Vendor Relations Manage relationships with key publishers, vendors, and media partners to finalize funding and added-value opportunities. Collaborate with orchestrators and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and funding utilization. Reporting & Insights Consolidate regional performance data and provide strategic insights to leadership. Partner with analytics and orchestration teams to ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and benchmarking. Team Enablement Mentor and support Media Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and operational excellence. Share best practices and ensure standardization in planning and reporting processes. Essential Requirements 7 years of experience in paid media, B2B digital demand generation, or digital performance marketing. Knowledge of CRM/BI systems (SFDC, Power BI, Allocadia). Experience working with vendor-funded media and publisher governance. Excellent partner-facing communication and presentation skills.
