YOUR CHALLENGE: As our new Senior PR & Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how Taxfix is seen, heard, and felt across our key markets. With your deep understanding of storytelling, strategic communications, and media landscapes, you'll elevate our brand to new heights – making sure our voice not only reaches but resonates with consumers, the media, and key stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, innovation and strategy. You’ll refine and execute our communications strategy, lead bold campaigns, and be the driving force behind thought leadership and media relations. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior leadership, contributing via Digital PR to our SEO/AEO goals and collaborating closely with product, brand and influencer marketing to compound impact. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Refine and activate an innovative communications strategy focused on brand advocacy, credibility and expert positioning. - Create and execute standout consumer-facing communications campaigns that align with company goals and values and go far beyond traditional PR. - Drive executive visibility and thought leadership by securing speaking opportunities, podcast features, and interviews across tier-1 media, TV, and conferences. - Work closely with our SEO and AEO teams to deliver performance-driven digital PR/AEO initiatives. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key journalists, especially within the German product media landscape. - Integrate AI-tools into your daily work and automate workflows constantly to enhance productivity and campaign impact. - Develop compelling press materials and storylines that reinforce the Taxfix brand narrative. - Manage our newsroom and ensure timely and effective handling of all press office requests. - Continuously analyse in-house and external data and insights to craft engaging and newsworthy content. - Work effectively with our PR & communications agencies in Germany and the UK - Track your KPIs, report outcomes, and iterate based on results to drive communications success. YOUR PROFILE: - You’re a passionate storyteller with a track record of creating narratives that captivate consumers and earn media attention. - You bring at least 6 years of PR and communications experience, with 1–2 years at the senior manager level, ideally in a scale-up, corporate, or agency setting. - You’re a true communicator –confident, creative, collaborative –with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience. - You are curious and excited about using AI in communications and are already automating tasks and workflows.. - You’ve led successful thought leadership and executive positioning initiatives, and understand the nuances of c-level visibility. - You think entrepreneurially, take ownership, and drive results while working autonomously - Y ...
