Timely tax compliance and reporting underpinned by technology and an expert team: technically proficient, commercially aware, data-driven. Your mission Own the group tax reporting function (IFRS), including the preparation of current and deferred tax provisions and accompanying disclosures Prepare corporate income tax returns for key trading subsidiaries in Germany and Switzerland (with Big 4 support) Develop an end-to-end compliance cycle for Pillar Two Establish robust risk management processes for timely reporting and compliance, including accompanying documentation Develop a strong understanding of the key group ETR levers, including the confidence to present findings to senior management Liaise with key stakeholders - both internal and external - to create efficiencies and minimise friction Work with advisors to understand ongoing changes in the world of tax reporting, including an awareness of local direct tax developments Your toolkit Minimum of 5 years professional experience in tax reporting and/or direct tax, university degree Experience with tax provision software Well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to work independently Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast-moving environment Solution-oriented approach and growth mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.
