Wolt is known for delivering delicious food to customers - but we also support companies through Wolt for Work . .Our team in Israel is growing, and we’re looking for a service-minded and detail-oriented Associate to join us!
What you’ll be doing
As part of the Wolt for Work department, we support two key B2B solutions: Wolt Benefits , which provides employee meal budgets for companies, and Wolt for Work , which focuses on serving companies’ office needs - including team orders, Happy Hours, gift cards, and office grocery top-ups.
In this role, you’ll be part of the Wolt for Work side of the team, responsible for supporting both new and existing corporate clients. This includes onboarding new customers, providing training and guidance, and delivering ongoing service and support to ensure a seamless and successful experience.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Take ownership of a large portfolio of strategic corporate accounts
Send contracts to new Wolt for Work clients and support them through the activation process
Onboard and train new companies with a business account, guiding them through their first transactions and ensuring a smooth start
Build trusted relationships with clients through regular check-ins and performance insights
Provide ongoing support, including Happy Hour setup, business account management, operational guidance, and invoice-related inquiries
Review and resolve client concerns, continuously improving the customer experience
Identify growth opportunities for Wolt to further support and expand each client partnership
Analyze data to spot trends, insights, and focus areas

We’re looking for someone who:
Significant advantage if they’ve worked daily and directly with clients or businesses, especially in a front-facing capacity
Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can adapt communication styles
Is organized and structured, with experience using CRMs
Is analytical, data-driven, and capable of turning insights into actions
Thinks creatively and proactively solves problems
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Has a “get-stuff-done” mindset and natural ownership over their work
Is fluent in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
Has experience in CSS / sales / development – an advantage
