We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Partner - Ads Promos to drive growth and revenue across our restaurant and merchant network. This is a highly execution-driven role, where you are accountable not only for defining growth strategies, but for driving them end-to-end to measurable outcomes in a fast-moving environment. As a Client Partner, you will act as a strategic partner and growth driver for our merchants, developing tailored ads and promotions strategies that align with their business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, performance analysis, and a focus on driving product adoption, customer engagement, and long-term retention. What you’ll be doing Strategic Planning Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive ads and promos strategy for our restaurant business, including owning prioritization, delivery timelines, stakeholder alignment and measurable commercial outcomes end-to-end. Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with key industry players, including global enterprise brands, franchises, and local key accounts to meet their evolving needs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Motivate a high-performing local Account Management team to exceed ad revenue targets and customer acquisition and retention goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure business objectives are met. Performance Analysis Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics and proactively translate insights into clear recommendations, decisions actions, and provide regular updates to leadership Account Management Development: Lead strategic account planning, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and QBRs, while owning end-to-end outcomes across your portfolio - including prioritization, follow-through, revenue performance, and proactive management of risks and timelines Our humble expectations* Fluency in German and English 3+ years of account management or sales experience in a high-growth, data-driven environment Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect data, insights, and merchant needs to revenue-driving actions Experience in retail media, advertising, or performance marketing is a strong plus Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights and translate them into concrete decisions, actions, and commercial impact Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives Ability to independently prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive initiatives to closure in a fast-paced environment, including proactively managing timelines and escalating risks when needed Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic sales reporting Bonus points: prior enterprise client work What we offer A rare opportunity to shape a high-growth business with significant untapped potential - over 80% of the German market remains ahead of us.
