Field Sales Specialist
Are you motivated by building new business and taking ownership of your results? At Wolt, we are looking for a Field Sales Specialist who thrives on proactive outreach, values structure and enjoys turning opportunities into signed partnerships.
Wolt’s mission is to make cities better places to live through technology. Since 2014, we have expanded to 30 countries and serve more than 40 million users. From restaurants to retail and Wolt Market, we are building the everything app that brings the best of your city straight to your door.
In Norway, we are live in 58 cities and continuing to grow. To strengthen our restaurant and retail selection across the country, we are now looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join our Sales team.
This is a high-activity, field-focused role where you will own your territory and drive growth by signing new merchant partners in both new and existing cities. Based in our Oslo office, you will combine proactive outreach, market visits and strong commercial dialogue to position Wolt as a valuable long-term partner.

What you will be doing
Identify and target restaurant and retail partners that strengthen our selection and create value for our customers
Drive proactive outreach through cold calling, field visits and meetings
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, tailoring your approach to each partner
Use data to assess venue potential, define sustainable commercial terms and lead negotiations that create value for both parties
Make sound business decisions by combining data with commercial judgment
Collaborate closely with our Onboarding and Development teams to ensure new partners are set up for success from day one
What we are looking for
You are motivated by clear targets and take pride in delivering strong results
You bring experience from B2B sales, field sales or another performance-driven environment
You have a proactive mindset and strong communication and networking skills
You are a strong listener who can adapt your approach to different stakeholders
You thrive in a target driven and fast paced environment and bring persistence and self motivation Experience from hospitality, retail or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement
You are structured, manage your time and pipeline effectively and ideally have experience working with CRM tools
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
