What you’ll be doing As we strengthen our presence in southern Poland, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Restaurant Partnership Manager based in Kraków or Katowice to take the lead in driving restaurant acquisition and growth in the region. This is a key commercial role, where you’ll not only drive new partnerships with top-tier restaurants but also shape Wolt’s overall restaurant acquisition strategy in Poland. You’ll work closely with our Restaurant Development team to ensure we’re building a high-quality, scalable restaurant base while maintaining Wolt’s signature focus on quality and service. Day-to-day in this role you’ll: Leading the end-to-end sales process for high-potential and strategic restaurant partners - from prospecting to closing. Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and restaurant categories that can accelerate Wolt’s growth. Managing and optimizing the sales pipeline, ensuring strong forecasting accuracy and data-driven decision-making. Negotiating partnership terms with key stakeholders and ensuring long-term, profitable collaborations. Supporting and mentoring more junior sales team members, helping them develop their pipeline management and negotiation skills. Partnering with cross-functional teams (Mx Services, Restaurant Development and Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and lasting partner success. Using insights from data to refine acquisition strategies and continuously improve sales effectiveness. Our humble expectations Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within the food delivery, hospitality, or FMCG industries. Strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships. A strategic thinker who can translate insights into actionable business plans and execute with excellence. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience mentoring or guiding other team members is a plus. A passion for great food and a deep understanding of the local restaurant landscape. Fluent in Polish and English . Compensation Benefits for Poland The total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role is 11 791 PLN – 16 845 PLN gross per month. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
