This is a fully employed, field-based role , where you’ll be out speaking to business owners daily, understanding their needs, and introducing solutions that genuinely help them grow. The Package 💷 Base Salary: £28,800 p.a. 🚗 Car Allowance: £6,000 p.a. 💼 Operational Allowance: £2,000 p.a. 🎯 OTE: £57,600+ (double your base) 💰 Uncapped commission where top performers can earn far more than their OTE Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with a view to become permanent) You get the stability of employment plus the earning power of performance . What We’re Looking For This role requires previous field-based, face-to-face sales experience . You must be comfortable approaching new businesses in person , starting conversations, and converting those interactions into sales. This is not a desk-based or inbound role. Ideal backgrounds include: • Field sales / territory sales roles • Merchant services or fintech sales • Door-to-door or direct sales • B2B field sales roles We’re looking for someone who: ✔ Is confident approaching and engaging new customers in person ✔ Has experience building relationships face-to-face ✔ Is target-driven and motivated by commission ✔ Can manage their own time and territory ✔ Is resilient and consistent in a field-based role Ready to grow your sales career with strong earnings and real progression?
