What you'll do Handle inbound leads from French merchants via phone, email, and digital channels, guiding them from first contact through to activation Run product demonstrations and use value-based selling to match merchants with the right SumUp solution (card readers, POS systems, and payment tools) Close deals within short sales cycles, often in a single call, while maintaining a high standard of conversation quality Track your pipeline, log activity, and manage your leads accurately in Salesforce Collaborate with your team and cross-functional partners in Ops and Customer Support to ensure a smooth merchant experience You'll be great for this role if… Experience in a sales environment, ideally inbound or telesales, with a strong track record of hitting targets. Comfort working in a high-volume, phone-based role where resilience and a positive attitude make all the difference. Fluency in French at a native or near-native level, with solid English for internal communication. Strong organisational habits, particularly when it comes to pipeline management and CRM discipline.
