Senior Content Manager - Self-Serve

Team description The Self-Serve team at SumUp drives global acquisition for millions of small businesses discovering SumUp's financial products online. Working at the intersection of growth marketing, content strategy, and experimentation, the team builds high-impact acquisition journeys across landing pages, ads, and product discovery touchpoints. As a core member of this team, you'll work closely with a diverse group of cross-functional colleagues — including Online Marketing Managers, Designers, Conversion Rate Optimisation Managers, and Business Lines — combining varied expertise to shape and scale the key acquisition flow. As Senior Content Manager, this role sits at the intersection of marketing copywriting and scalable content infrastructure. You'll own end-to-end content delivery across ads and landing pages, leveraging CMS expertise to optimise conversion and harnessing AI-driven content and video production to create high-converting assets across multiple markets and channels. You'll also lead the project management of UGC video production, ensuring quality and consistency at every stage of the process. This is an office-first position based out of Amsterdam. What You’ll Do Lead the creation and optimisation of performance-driven content across marketing campaigns, landing pages, and acquisition funnel touchpoints Build and manage scalable landing pages and reusable templates using Contentful and Builder.io Establish repeatable workflows for AI-generated UGC video production for platforms such as TikTok and Meta Manage localisation workflows across multiple markets through Jira and Smartling while maintaining a structured global “Source of Truth” content repository Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise messaging, sitelinks, and funnel copy to improve conversion rates You’ll Be Great for This Role If You Bring solid experience managing performance-focused digital content within a marketing, growth, or agency environment Understand that every letter counts, ensuring each word carries commercial value Enjoy the craft of ad copywriting, playing with language to make it engaging and conversion-driven Have strong expertise working with modern CMS platforms such as Contentful, Builder.io, or similar systems used to build scalable landing pages Have experimented with AI-powered content tools or automation to support scalable content production Have experience with managing UGC video production workflows or AI-generated conversion videos Are able to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, product, and localisation stakeholders across multiple markets Why you should join SumUp 🌎 Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on large-scale fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, from our Amsterdam office.
