Position Summary : As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will have a key role in defining go-to-market strategy and execution for Adobe’s top partners. Together with our partners, we share a vision for the future of the enterprise. Because experience is everything, we partner with select tech partners to help customers accelerate their digital transformation—providing unique use cases and value from our partner ecosystem that allows our customers to do more with their Adobe investments. In this role, you will be a part of the Global Partner Marketing team with a focus on driving scale programs that benefit Adobe partnership relationships and outcomes including initiatives around events, content and product marketing, communications, and enablement. You will work closely with partner marketing and management, global marketing teams, sales, and operations to build programs that deliver value to the partners and Adobe. This is an opportunity to build something and really define the strategic tech partner program at Adobe working with some of the top tech partners in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead key initiatives within the Partner Marketing Center of Excellence including event strategy and execution, scaled services such as communications, enablement, and marketing strategy and planning for Adobe’s strategic partners, collaborating with global marketing teams and your peers within DX Marketing. Keys to Success: 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with partners and/or in B2B Bachelor’s degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create clear messages and effective communications Ability to think creatively while still measuring and tracking marketing success across programs Desire to build and drive growth; find creative solutions to problems; and willingness to disrupt the status quo Relentless customer-focused mindset and experience marketing Enterprise-targeted multi-product “Solutions” Knowledge of the digital marketing and partner solution offerings and the ability to stay current on the changing market Budget management experience across a global landscape Natural ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and drive outcomes Demonstrated ability to create integrated, cross-functional plans that strategically connect levers across product, marketing, sales enablement, communications, and demand Be comfortable in the face of ambiguity, and lead through internal and external changing landscapes Availability for travel as needed for partner and customer meetings and events About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
