About the Role As Office Coordinator, you support a positive and productive workplace by overseeing daily office operations, facility’s needs, vendors, and weekly lunches. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to create a seamless employee experience. This part-time contract position is based in our office in Mountain View, CA and will be required to be in the office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. What You’ll Do Handle incoming and outgoing mail and/or packages to keep the office running smoothly Assist accounting with check deposits Support new-hire onboarding by coordinating facility-related items (office supplies, Caltrain passes, security badges, etc.) Contact building management on facilities-related issues Implement cleaning schedules, coordinate cleanliness standards, and conduct routine office maintenance Order company lunches and all snack and beverage purchases Maintain and organize office and kitchen supplies Set up conference rooms for presentations, meetings, classes, and other events Support in coordinating celebratory events and happy hours What You’ll Bring To The Role 2-4 years’ experience in administration or office management A passion for maintaining an exceptional office environment An approachable can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency Resourceful mindset that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other technologies The salary range for this part-time contract position is $24-$27 per hour. Pay is dependent upon skills and work experience.
