We’re seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the charge in championing our cloud-native intelligent observability platform capabilities. In this role, you won’t just launch platform features; you’ll be the architect of how the world’s leading enterprises master their complex digital environments. You will join a collaborative team that is the bridge between our engineering vision and our customers’ success. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as the voice of the product to the market, and the voice of the market back to the product. You will be instrumental in driving New Relic’s growth and cementing our leadership in AI-driven observability. This will be achieved by translating complex technologies into clear, human-centric value propositions. What you'll do Shape the Narrative: Take ownership of messaging and positioning for our advanced observability solutions, turning technical concepts into compelling stories that resonate with everyone from DevOps engineers to C-suite executives. Lead the Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for new observability products, ensuring seamless launches and long-term market adoption. Create with Purpose: Develop high-impact content, including technical blogs, webinars, and case studies, that guide our community and provide genuine value to technical audiences. Empower Our Teams: Act as a dedicated partner to our Sales and Enablement teams, equipping them with the tools and insights they need to win in a competitive B2B landscape. Influence the Future: Collaborate deeply with Product Management and Engineering to share market insights and customer feedback, helping to build the roadmap for the Intelligent Platform Capabilities. Drive Results: Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of your initiatives, iterating and refining our approach to boost operational excellence. This role requires B2B Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or sales engineering within a high-growth B2B software environment. Expertise in developer tools: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a general audience and experience in launching products aimed at developers, Strategic Communication: A talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for a general audience and a history of building consensus in fast-paced, evolving environments. Cloud-Native Fluency: A deep understanding of the modern software ecosystem, its technologies, and monitoring platform solutions. Partnership Mindset: A proven ability to build strong, inclusive relationships across engineering, sales, and executive leadership. Market Curiosity: Experience positioning technical products to both the hands-on users and the economic decision-makers who support them. Bonus points if you have Direct experience in the Observability, APM, or software development sectors. A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Advanced experience (8+ years) in technical pre-sales, consulting, or product management.
