People Operations Manager

As a People Operations Project Manager, you'll drive high-impact, multi-disciplinary HR projects, optimize people processes, and collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and employee experience. In your day-to-day, you will   Project manage complex, multi-disciplinary HR projects, working across interfaces   Optimize people processes, improving and managing HR processes related to the employee lifecycle like onboarding, maternity leave, relocations, separations, and more   Collaborate across teams, working closely with different teams within the group to enhance collaboration and efficiency across locations and domains   Own parts of People Operations, taking charge of specific operational aspects within the People group such as budget management, People team onboarding, and more   **   At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.   4+ years of experience in HR, operations, program or project management, or people management   Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders   A can-do approach and innovation mindset, with the ability to embrace and implement new AI tools   Technical proficiency with project management tools and software, along with experience using and building AI-based tools   Independent self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance   Experience working in a global environment, collaborating across various languages and cultures   We are the People Operations Team at Wix, dedicated to achieving operational excellence within the People Department.
