We’re hiring a Tallinn-based Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for Pipedrive’s customer-facing insights, reporting, and analytics capabilities. This role is focused on ensuring the reliable delivery of features that help customers understand performance, track results, and make better data-driven decisions.  We are building an AI-native engineering culture, where AI is becoming a core part of how work gets done. In this role, you will lead a product engineering team and help embed AI into everyday engineering practices across exploration, prototyping, and delivery. You will be accountable for people leadership, delivery enablement, and the overall operational health of this product area, working in close partnership with Product, Design, Data, and other stakeholders to support roadmap execution and quality objectives. You will also collaborate closely with business and product counterparts, as well as a broad set of stakeholders, to shape technical direction, support execution, and ensure that engineering work aligns with strategic priorities.
