Senior Finance & Innovation Specialist – G&A ABOUT KESTRA Kestra is a deep tech scale-up specializing in workflow orchestration. THE ROLE As we scale, we are strengthening our G&A Finance team with a profile capable of structuring, steering, and unlocking value across complex topics at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You will play a cross-functional role, working closely with leadership and operational teams, with direct impact on how the company is structured and managed. RESPONSIBILITIES - Contribute to the financial and strategic management of the company - Build processes for analysis, reporting, and decision support - Identify and activate financing and optimization levers - Support the formalization of strategic initiatives and their operational follow-through - Strengthen collaboration between finance, product, and leadership teams - Help communicate and valorize the company's activity to internal and external stakeholders R&D FINANCING & INNOVATION - Own the end-to-end management of innovation financing schemes: Research Tax Credit (CIR), JEI status, public grants and exceptional funding programs (BPI, European funds, etc.) - Ensure tracking, control, and documentation of eligible R&D projects, in close coordination with engineering teams - Develop a deep understanding of R&D projects to translate their substance into a financial and regulatory framework - Ensure compliance of submitted files and optimize the return on innovation investments PROFILE - 5+ years of experience in finance, strategy, management control, or similar roles - Comfortable in technical environments and able to grasp complex subjects - Strong analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills - Experience with French R&D financing mechanisms (CIR, JEI, BPI) is a strong plus - At ease in fast-moving, high-growth environments - Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English WHY JOIN KESTRA - A high-impact role at the heart of a fast-growing scale-up - Direct exposure to strategic, financial, and operational challenges - A cross-functional scope with real room to act - An ambitious, international, and fast-moving environment
