Partnerships Lead ABOUT THE ROLE Oscilar is hiring a Partnerships Lead to own and scale our external partner ecosystem and drive partner-sourced revenue growth. This is a senior, externally facing individual contributor role that combines deep account ownership with strategic ecosystem development across two core motions: enterprise reseller partnerships and advisory and professional services partnerships. You'll embed Oscilar deeply into reseller GTM motions, turning signed agreements into consistent, compounding revenue across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts. In parallel, you'll build and scale Oscilar's presence within the broader advisory ecosystem — positioning Oscilar as the platform of choice in partner-led fraud, AML, and risk modernization engagements. This role requires strong independent judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build trusted senior relationships across a diverse partner landscape. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own senior, executive-level relationships across Oscilar's highest-priority partners and serve as the trusted internal owner for all partner-related strategy - Define and execute engagement models and joint business plans that drive productive, well-scoped partnerships and consistent partner-sourced pipeline - Run QBRs and executive syncs to track performance, surface blockers, and identify expansion opportunities across the partner portfolio - Influence deal strategy in partner-led evaluations, RFPs, and transformation programs; support AEs on active deals with pricing guidance and stakeholder coaching - Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners aligned with Oscilar's ICP across reseller and advisory channels - Track partner health metrics across the portfolio: certification rates, active deal counts, pipeline velocity, and partner-sourced ARR - Leverage investor and VC relationships to support portfolio introductions and strategic visibility - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Deal Desk on deal motion, enablement assets, and commercial structures WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves - 7–10+ years in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or ecosystem GTM roles in B2B SaaS - Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue across reseller, channel, or advisory partner models - Strong understanding of partner economics, co-sell dynamics, and channel conflict management - Ability to build and manage senior relationships across a diverse set of partner types - Strong independent judgment — able to manage ambiguity, hold firm scope boundaries, and escalate with clear recommendations - Clear, confident communicator both internally and externally at the executive level Nice-to-Haves - Direct experience working with or inside advisory or professional services firms - Background in fintech, banking, fraud, AML, payments, or risk/compliance technology - Experience engaging with VC firms or Advisory firms on GTM motions - Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and regulated buyers - Experience supporting international or regional expansion - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partner management platforms WHY OSCILAR Oscilar is the AI-native risk decisioning platform built for financial institutions, fintechs, and insurance companies.
