Role Senior Frontend Engineer (Bangalore – Onsite) We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer as an Individual Contributor (IC). No people management. No layers. Just building core product. What You’ll Actually Do Build product, not just UI pieces Take features from 0 → 1 → scale Turn messy AI workflows into clean, usable interfaces Work directly with founders / product — no middle layers Ship fast, break things, fix them, repeat Own what you build (end-to-end) What We’re Looking For Strong React skills (this is non-negotiable) Good with JavaScript / TypeScript You’ve built real things — not just followed Jira tickets You care about product, not just code You can work without hand-holding You’re okay with chaos and figuring things out Bonus Next.js Startup experience AI / automation exposure Why This Role It’s a startup — things move fast, nothing is perfect You’ll have real ownership, not fake “impact” No unnecessary meetings, no red tape Competitive pay + equity FINAL NOTE You do not need to match all of the listed expectations to apply for this position.
