What you’ll bring to the team (Requirements) Experience with a Heart for Growth: 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops, or Analytics. Analytical Curiosity: A deep understanding of GA4 or Adobe Analytics, and a passion for using Tableau or CRM tools to find meaningful insights. Digital Craftsmanship: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing major platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn. Storytelling Skills: The ability to communicate data-driven insights in a way that inspires and influences others. Self-Driven Spirit: A Trailblazer mindset—comfortable defining problems in ambiguous situations and moving projects from a simple concept to a global standard.
