Operations Manager, Evaluation
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive Operations Manager to support our Builder evaluation process. This role will be central to executing evaluation initiatives and processes, optimizing workflows, managing talent interactions, and ensuring smooth operations across cross-functional teams. You will be part of a dynamic team shaping the quality and success of our talent evaluation programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluation Operations
- Manage the evaluation pipeline: invitations, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Support interview scheduling, score handling, transcript reviews, and post-evaluation surveys.
- Support off-cycle / async reviews and re-evaluations as needed.
- Ensure all evaluation-related data and systems are accurate, up-to-date, and reliable.
Process Execution & Optimization
- Own day-to-day execution of workflows and ensure nothing stalls or requires follow-up
- Ensure processes run consistently, proactively flag issues and suggest practical improvements.
- Execute new initiatives and processes while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.
- Track progress, maintain and update documentation, and provide recommendations for process optimization.
- Provide clear, concise updates and surface blockers early.
Talent & Stakeholder Support
- Handle communications, follow-ups, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with internal teams (Supply, Support, Product, Interviewers, Formation) to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support internal stakeholders with insights, reports, and cross-functional updates.
Data, Reporting & Tracking
- Track operational metrics related to evaluations, pipeline health, and turnaround times.
- Support recurring reporting (monthly, quarterly) with accurate and updated data.
- Maintain dashboards and ensure data integrity across tools.
Miscellaneous / Ad-hoc
- Support interviewing teams with payments, training, newsletters, and feedback loops.
- Handle reactive requests and ad-hoc projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Must-Have:
- 2–5 years in Operations Management, Program/Project Coordination, or Talent/HR Operations.
- Strong execution skills, detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- Experience working in structured processes and maintaining high data accuracy.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in AI/Tech evaluation processes or talent programs.
- Basic product support or QA experience.
