Job Details: Job Description: As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving Intel's financial performance and operational excellence. You will collaborate with business units and leadership teams to deliver timely, accurate insights that shape strategic decisions. From analyzing business trends to creating financial reports and recommendations, your contributions will help ensure the integrity of Intel's internal and external financial reporting. The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Participate in the monthly planning and report out of all activities involved for capitalization process Capitalization process focused but not limited to MnE scope, in relation to Foundry Front End and Back End activities. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency in month-end close processes and management reporting. Develop workflows and financial tools that bridge technical and business needs, recommending automation and efficient delivery methods. Performing root cause analysis to explain variances. Evaluate capital expenditure requirements and recommend suitable financing options. Provide decision-making support through ad hoc financial and key performance indicator analysis. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications : Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Bachelor's degree or coursing the last university semester in finance areas like: Business Administration, Accounting or Industrial Engineering. 0-1 years of practical experience in relevant financial roles. Proven prior experience in capital and asset management processes, with knowledge in US GAAP. Proven prior experience in SAP and Power BI for data visualization and financial analysis. Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including managing large datasets. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
