We design and implement network and security technologies for organizations. As part of this team, you will help choose the right IT tools to maximize the effectiveness of deployed defenses and rapidly troubleshoot impacted systems. What you’ll achieve As a Public Cloud Security Engineer, you will design and implement technologies for enforcement of security controls across Dell’s public cloud infrastructure . This will include consultation with application owners, IT, business units, and other teams within Dell Cybersecurity to enhance security controls and detections for public cloud-based workloads. You will also work in collaborative team environment utilizing Agile development methodologies, mentoring teammates, and learning cross-functional skills to support a range of technologies as a product offering. You will: Design, develop, implement, and maintain large-scale systems across multiple cloud environments Leverage scripting, automation and configuration management tools to accelerate the secure adoption of public cloud within Dell Technologies Work with global teams and business units to understand the behavior, design, and architecture of applications and network infrastructure to develop and deploy adequate controls Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 5 years of professional experience securing or administering  large enterprise  public cloud environments ( OCI, AWS , Azure, GCP) or professional equivalent Knowledge of Managed Kubernetes clusters (AWS, GCP, Azure), Helm charts Embed security into CI/CD pipelines (Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, guardrails) Knowledge of Cloud Networking technologies (VPC, DirectConnect , Transit Gateways) Hands on experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, Pulumi or other Infrastructure as Code tools and languages Desired Requirements Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP) or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) experienc e Cloud Security Certification(s) – e.g., OC A, OCP, CCSP , CCSK, AZ-500, SC-300, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer Who we are We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
