Key Responsibilities - Partner with product teams throughout the full product lifecycle, providing legal counsel and risk assessment to ensure compliant launches and operations - Build and refine our global legal compliance and regulatory governance framework - Draft and review contracts, policies, and legal documents to support rapid business growth - Support financing activities and prepare related legal materials - Manage external counsel relationships and respond to legal emergencies - Monitor global regulatory developments and provide forward-looking legal strategies Requirements - Qualified to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction, preferrally in a common law country - 3+ years of legal experience; in-house experience at a tech company preferred - Strong foundation in corporate law and operations; financing experience is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication in English - Curious about AI and ready to challenge how you think and work on a daily basis - Strong ownership mentality and genuine in ...
