Role Overview The Estate Planning Professional educates customers on wills, trusts, beneficiary designations, and strategies for protecting family assets. What You’ll Do • Provide 30-minute virtual consultations • Explain the differences between wills, trusts, and other estate tools • Educate customers on probate and how to avoid it • Help customers understand beneficiary designations and asset titling • Discuss strategies to protect dependents and transfer assets effectively Ideal Background • Estate planning attorney or estate planning professional • 3+ years working with wills, trusts, or probate matters • Experience explaining legal concepts to non-legal audiences Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Kikoff Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
