Role Overview The Online Notary Professional helps customers understand notarization requirements and prepares them for legally valid document authentication. What You’ll Do Conduct 30-minute consultations explaining notarization processes • Educate customers on documents that require notarization • Provide guidance on remote online notarization requirements • Help customers prepare documents before notarization sessions • Explain identity verification and legal compliance standards Ideal Background • Commissioned Notary Public with Remote Online Notary certification preferred • Experience notarizing legal and financial documents • Familiarity with digital notarization platforms Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Kikoff Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
