Staff Product Engineer

Superads is building AI agents for marketers — systems that don't just surface data but actually think through creative strategy, analyse performance, and help teams make better decisions before a single asset goes into production. We're moving fast in a space that's genuinely wide open, and we're looking for a Staff Product Engineer to help us build the product layer on top of that ambition. The person we're looking for thinks like a product manager, builds across the stack, and is genuinely curious about technology rather than protective of a specialisation. You'll be customer-facing in the truest sense — owning the experience that marketers actually touch, caring about whether they come back, and following the problem wherever it takes you, whether that's a React component, a backend service, or an LLM integration. We're not looking for a consultant who's mastered a particular layer. We're looking for an engineer who's restless until the product is right.
