What is the role? The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing the day-to-day execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, building systems operations, and maintenance technician performance. This role enforces safe work practices, maintains technical and compliance records, and drives reliability and maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs). The Supervisor serves as the front-line leader for the maintenance workforce and is accountable for equipment readiness, work order execution, and operational continuity.
