We are seeking a high-performing Project/Industrial Engineer with deep aerospace experience to lead the industrialization and factory readiness efforts for next-generation aerospace hardware. This individual will serve as a force multiplier for leadership, owning tactical constraint removal, workstation and line setup, metric-driven process optimization, and the introduction of engineering design changes into the production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable working across design, manufacturing, quality, and operations, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — brings floor-forward, get-things-done leadership. This position is based in Arlington, TX. In order to be successful in this role, you must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Occasional travel may be required as well.
