We’re looking for a Benefits & Human Resources teammate to join Team Operations. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of benefits administration and leave-of-absence management, helping ensure that our employees are well supported, informed, and enabled to be great! You’ll work cross-functionally to manage data, communicate with employees and vendors, and help optimize processes — all while growing your HR experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven company.
