Nondestructive Inspection Lead (NDI) Lead | Quality

This position functions as the BETA Technologies Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Team Lead and is a critical position responsible for managing complex NDI operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance to the NAS 410 Aerospace Standard. The ideal candidate is proficient in multiple methods including Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetrant, and Radiography and will have experience with inspecting composites. This candidate will aid in the development of the processes, procedures, and training of new technicians and selecting new equipment. BETA’s Nondestructive Inspection team works to develop inspections in manufacturing, production and post-production of our aircraft and its systems. We perform Ultrasonic and Liquid Penetrant methods on both composite and metallic materials. All inspections follow NAS 410 guidelines.
