The Manufacturing Training Partner serves as a critical link between Team Operations, Training, and Production, ensuring that each new team member is set up for success from the moment they apply through full integration on the production floor. This role combines elements of technical evaluation, instructional delivery, and workforce development to support the growth of a capable, confident, and safety-minded production team member. Through the administration of technical interviews, customization of onboarding programs, and delivery of hands-on technical training, the Manufacturing Training Partner directly supports the Production Training Lead and Talent Acquisition team in hiring, developing, and empowering BETA’s next generation of technicians.
