WHAT YOU’LL DO - Project manage customer delivery projects from PreSales milestones through technical onboarding—facilitating engagement with Engineering while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong customer relationships. - Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive progress and successful outcomes on customer engagements. - Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and dependencies - Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing needs early - Provide accurate, timely delivery status to customers, cross-functional stakeholders and the Director of Project Delivery - Maintain delivery tracking and documentation in project management tools such as jira - Drive project planning and retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO OUR TEAM - Proven experience in technical onboarding and communicating with highly technical stakeholders. - Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail. - Comfortable working cross-functionally across groups such as Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success. - Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in process optimization and tools like salesforce, confluence and jira. - Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices. - Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions role within a SaaS or cybersecurity-focused organization - Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to drive accountability without direct authority - Jira and confluence experience NICE TO HAVES: - Familiarity with federal or defense sector customers, including understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5, CMMC) - Working knowledge of API integrations, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), or DevSecOps workflows - PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus SUCCESS AT 2F LOOKS LIKE: - Viewing obstacles as opportunities for growth - Having a bias toward action and tangible, measurable results - Striving to be both compassionate and direct with your feedback - Being team-oriented and inclusive with your actions PERKS & BENEFITS This role is full time.
