This leader will own the financial framework behind scaling breakthrough critical metals production, helping finance the facilities, infrastructure, and growth required to build the future of domestic rare earth and critical metals supply. You will be central to how Phoenix deploys capital, evaluates major investments, and secures the project financing needed to bring new production online.
