This position will play a key role in ensuring the functionality of machines and equipment, providing mentorship to junior technicians, and collaborating with engineers to optimize systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background with hands-on experience in electro-mechanical systems and a strong ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve manufacturing equipment.
