This role is ideal for someone who can provide support coverage during peak workload periods, help manage ticket backlogs, and ensure timely responses to our members. Unlike a full-time position, this role requires a high level of flexibility and availability based on business needs, including same-day support requests, weekend coverage, and occasional off-hours support.
