Mission We’re looking for a Studio Lead who combines the structure of a producer with the instincts of a brand-savy creative director. You’ll be the link between marketing strategy and creative execution: turning campaign ideas into clear, actionable briefs, helping craft strong messages before pixels, and ensuring the studio delivers high-quality, on-brand assets — fast and effectively. You will also directly manage the creative team (video, design) and be accountable for their output quality, professional development, and workload balance. You are the single point of entry for all creative requests across the marketing organization. You are not a designer. But you understand what makes a message click, what makes a layout work, and what a creative team needs to do their best work.
