Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations - US

OakNorth is a founder-led, high-growth company scaling rapidly in the US. We’re looking for a senior Corporate Development leader to partner directly with our CEO & Co-Founder to shape strategy, raise capital, and drive the next phase of expansion across the US and UK. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the centre of the business, suited to someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on momentum. You’ll lead M&A and strategic transactions, support capital raising, and own investor engagement working closely with the founder CEO, leadership team and Board on the decisions that will define the company’s trajectory. We’re seeking someone from top-tier investment banking, investing, corporate development or investor relations who brings strong execution, sound judgment, and a clear bias to action. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led, entrepreneurial environment with real ownership, visibility and influence.
